Are your products authentic?
Yes, everything on our site is guaranteed 100% authentic. We do not sell knock-offs.
Do your products come with original tags?
Yes, all of our products come with original tags and our new.
How do you sell designer brands so cheap?
We take a great deal of time to ensure we get the best discounts and pass the savings to you by working with distributors who take advantage of overstock from other stores and designers. We typically only keep inventory for 4 to 6 weeks to keep new items in stock so if you see something you like--grab it before it's gone.
Do you drop ship your products?
No. Each item in our store is hand-selected to ensure integrity and authencity. We "touch" each item we offer to you but usually only keep it in stock for 4 to 6 weeks to keep new inventory so if you see something you like grab it before it's gone.
How soon do you ship?
We ship within one day of an order.
What is your return policy?
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase as long as the item has it's original tags. We do ask that the buyer pay for shipping. We will also honor an exchange.
Do you sell shoes?
No, we do not sell shoes at this time.
Can you shop for me if I don't live in the New Orleans metro area?
Yes! If you are out of town and would like us to find something for you we will send you pictures and details about the item so you can decide if you want us to send it to you. If not, no charge. If you would like us to send it to you bargain shopper fees apply and are established on a case by case basis.
How much are your personal bargain shopper fees?
We don't have a set fee structure but you can expect prices relative to what you find on our site for respective items. We will work with your budget to fit your needs.
Why do you have some items in only one size?
We make every effort to find good deals in multiple sizes but sometimes because we bargain shop and find deals on overstock, it's not always possible. If you don't see the size you want--ask. Why do you have new inventory all the time?
We try to keep inventory fresh so we typically only keep something for 4 to 6 weeks and replace it with something new. If you see something you really like--grab it before it's gone!
